Perdaman’s Founding Chairman and Managing Director, Vikas Rambal has more than 25 years’ experience in business and a proven track record in delivering world-class businesses.
Born in Delhi, India Mr Rambal qualified as a chemical engineer at the University of Nagpur, specialising in petrochemicals. In his formative years Mr Rambal’s career was started at Bharat Petroleum (formerly Shell). He was then involved in establishing a range of projects including refineries and the manufacture of fertilisers.
Mr Rambal moved to Western Australia in 2000 and since his arrival, he has used natural gas for downstream industry, including the manufacture of ammonia for the international fertiliser market. His fundamental vision has always been to create leaders in helping the company grow. The expansion of Perdaman has included a range of complementary-related businesses across pharmaceuticals, shopping centres, migration and solar energy.
Vikas Rambal is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.

Robert is Chief Investment Officer of Perdaman Capital and Director of Perdaman Funds Management Pty Ltd, and has more than 25 years’ experience in finance.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has previously held roles in investment banking and corporate finance. He has previously held positions with Aspen Group, Deutsche Bank (Sydney & London), Bankers Trust (London), Hartley Poynton and KPMG, where he oversaw the execution and management of large-scale asset acquisitions, financing and syndications.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
Robert is a Director and Responsible Manager of Perdaman Funds Management Pty Ltd, the holder of an Australian Financial Services Licensee (No. 454210).
